Problem in playing animation in unity
I have created a animation in 3dsmax and exported to use in unity3d. In unity when i click on animation file(Take001) in project panel its playing in preview but it is not playing in gameview or sceneview. Help me.....! Thank you.
You really should include more detail. Are you pushing play? How did you put it into your project? What is it applied to? What type of animation is it? Stuff like that. Right now we have no idea how this can be solved, because it's hard to tell what the problem is.

If you are just previewing one animation, make sure your mesh has an Animator Controller (Mecanim) and that you've associated it to your model's Avatar and ensured it is the default state in the controller's state machine.
