Mouse Pointer disappears
When I run the Viking Village Unity project the mouse pointer disappears. Pressing Esc does not release the cursor, or it does, but it stays invisible. I did not notice this problem before Unity 5.2.1f1. Does anybody else have this problem?
I just updated Unity from 5.1 to 5.3 and I'm facing the same issue now. Have you found a solution yet? I guess there's a script that keeps setting the cursor to visible = false, because my cursor reappears when I run a test script that sets the visibility property of the cursor to true at each frame in the Update() method (which isn't meant to be my long-term solution to that problem, actually). However, I haven't found that script yet (maybe it's hidden in one of the standard assets?). Or is there any smart way to detect the responsible code line in the bunch of scripts in a simultaneous way?
Same problem here. I normally want the cursor to disappear in game builds, so my game manager script has a line that hides the cursor. I don't want this behavior when testing scenes in the editor though, and previously I didn't. I'm not even using the game manager at this point. I'm just moving a test player around the scene without it. Still the cursor disappears, and not just in the game view pane, but across the whole Unity window, including the Play/Pause controls at the top. The only way to stop the game now in the editor is to move the mouse down to the taskbar at the bottom, where it still thankfully shows up, and click somewhere to s$$anonymous$$l focus from the game, so that I can then click on the Play button at the top to stop it. Seems like a bit of a clunky way to do this. It all started when I upgraded from 5.1.2 to 5.3, so something was changed in the way the Unity Editor handles the cursor in Game View between these versions.

It depends on the "MouseLock" Script attached to the "MouseLock" GameObjekt.
