Can't found MapFileParser folder

When I build my unity project to Xcode. I found error : IOException: Failed to Copy File / Directory from 'C:\Program Files\Unity\Editor\Data\Tools/MapFileParser/MapFileParser' to 'Temp/StagingArea\Trampoline\MapFileParser'.

I found the same problem with http://answers.unity3d.com/questions/990255/mapfileparser-not-found-in-ios-postprocessing.html

But I can't found MapFileParser folder in \Unity\Editor\Data\Tools. Maybe I missing it. Plz help me !
