Yup. Actually, the terrain asset license is on the front page of the download site:
All assets including models, textures, sounds and scripts are available for free commercial and non-commercial use when used in a Unity game.

Just include the text in the answer as a quote along with the link, it's going to be faster: With respect to using assets from our example projects and/or tutorials, you're free to use them in your own projects, commercial or otherwise, as long as those projects are authored in Unity. So apart from any moral or ethical debates, you are legally licensed to use them as you see fit!
