Unity Editor - Scene view not redrawing

I have a 2d game that's made almost entirely using the 4.6 UI. Recently, I've noticed that when I alter the properties of my GameObjects' RectTransforms in the Scene view, the corresponding Image is not properly redrawn in the new location. However, the rectangle outlining where the image should appear (with the draggable blue corners) does update its position. If I run the game and then stop it, the image will update. Any idea how to fix this? I don't recall it always being this way.

I can also toggle the Image's enabled checkbox and it will draw properly.
