Unable to move UI elements with cursor
I am now unable to move UI elements around with my cursor. The rect transform values are not greyed out and are not driven by other scripts / objects. I am able to change the values in the inspector manually but doing that is a huge pain. When I mouse over the corners with the rect tool the mouse doesn't register that I'm over them so I'm unable to resize elements. Clicking in the rect transform and drag-dropping doesn't do anything either.
Restarting the editor doesn't seem to fix it. I was able to randomly get it working by disabling the primary canvas, creating a new one, then re-enabling the other canvas but now that doesn't seem to work either. The problem began when adding a UI element prefab to the scene but deleting it hasn't restored functionality. Any idea what may be going on?
Do you have the right tool selected?, while in the scene press the "T" key
