Unity not working ( Win 8.1 and Win10 x64)

alt text I try unity 4.6, 5.1.2 and new 5.1.3. Everything has this problem. Maybe, someone know how to fix this? I try to reinstall, delete and install 32bit version but.... problem remaining.
