How to embed Unity inside a UserControl of a WinUI 3 desktop (win32) application.

WinUI 3 is quite new, in fact it is still in preview version. This question is very similar to other previous question, but for this specific framework.

There is an example of Unity embed inside Windows Form here.

An example with notepad.exe embed into a wpf application can be found here.

I tried to port this example to WinUI 3 and I can briefly see the child process embed into my app but then it disappears. Here is my attempt: AppContainerWinUI3
