Unable to run animation as unity unable to configure biped due to unsupported hierarchy.
I'm unable to run an animation due to the issue shown in the image attached. Can anyone help me in resolving the issue?

This question has been asked and answered at least a dozen times.
Short version = In Max biped hierarchy change the default pelvis and neck settings and re-export.
I have tried to disable the Triangle Pelvis and enable the Triangle Neck but its still not working. $$anonymous$$indly, share the link of any elaborated answer here.
$$anonymous$$ake sure these edits are done in figure mode in 3D $$anonymous$$ax.
The engine might be holding some meta data referencing the old/wrong rig configuration. Attempt a new import with the new rig into a new Unity project.
If the new rig doesn't import into a new Unity project correctly - something else is wrong, we can trouble shoot to solve.
