There's no upgrader to convert "Object_Name" shader to selected pipeline UnityEditor.Experimental.Rendering.LightweightPipeline.LightweightMaterialUpgrader:UpgradeProjectMaterials()
Acutally i tried to work with Shader Graph
I got this Error

After doing the last step all my objects are changed to Pink color after I have changed the Edit->Project Settings->Graphics in Scriptable Render pipeline Settings Field i have added Lightweight Asset(LightweightPipeline asset).. Any one kindly help me i m stuck here....
