Overlapping on random spawn on random set locations,Need help with overlapping spawning

Hi, I'm currently trying to create a spawner, I already set up 81 specific spawn points and I want to avoid overlapping when I spawn 3 random objects in those spawn points. Like If the spawn points are already spawned, they will not spawn until the object is removed and force the spawner to generate at other spawnpoints. How to achieve this? sr for asking a noob question. I'm just started. Thank in advance
