Unable to Import asset after purchase

I have recently purchased an asset from asset store. After purchasing, I'm not able to import it. After i click in import, it says, "Decompressing" and then the customary "ding" sound occurs, but the asset isn't imported. The asset requires V.2017 of unity and I have tried to import the asset to the same version of unity. Please help
