2D Turret not firing correctly
I am making a 2D platformer as I just started using unity. SO, the turret is firing correctly and everything is good until I reach halfway through the level where I immediately get set back into my respawn system (not by bullets, just 3-4 seconds into the game) in which teleports me back to my spawn area. By the time I get back to my turret the cannonballs it fires are stuck inside of it... They move, but just VERY VERY VERY slowly, by the time they make it a single pixel, they disappear. I followed a tutorial here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kOzhE3_P2Mk
I checked and my code is word for word. I mostly narrowed down the issue to lines 17-21 of the "bullet" script. I saw some other people having problems with the same issue but with no replies. I've been lurking the forums and learning unity for about a week now, but help me however you can. I can possibly send screenshots of my code and game if needed. I just need to fix the death after a few seconds issue and it should work fine.
