Scroll bar is not showing, Target Graphic missing
I am trying to implement my first Scrollable element, I am following several youtube tutorials, sadly I don't find any one that is recent and it is using Scrollbar.
I have done all the steps (I think) but my Scrollbar is not visible, I see the Target Graphic is missing:
I see that in the tutorials this field is always filled with an element called Handle (Image) but I don't find this file into my assets
What can I do to fix this?

Instead of adding a Scrollbar Component to an Empty GameObject as I did. I have created a UI > Scrollbar element and now it works an the Target Graphic is set properly in the new created element:
