Disable Strict SSL for Unity

In my network there is a firewall with SSL inspection. Similar like a men-in-the-middle-attack. Whatever there are many issues with Strict-SSL with clients. In git, npm, etc. there are options.

Now I need a "Disable Strict SSL" option for Unity. But I can't find such option. Maybe hidden through CLI / CMD?

I have the issue: couldn't decompress package UnityEditor.Web.JSProxyMgr:DoTasks()

I think it's the proxy issue / firewall with ssl-inspector. (I can't disable this firewall, because I'm not the admin. And the admin is currently not available.)

Update: Ok, maybe there are CRC erros through the download. From the SSL Inspector removed data. A problem of our firewall. This has nothing to do with unity. But anyway, I need a strict ssl disable option for unity.
