Black bar on right side of screen

I'm getting a black bar down the right side of my screen in game mode and in the build. It wasn't there when I started working on my project today, and then it just appeared. I've retraced my steps in case it was something I did, but I can't figure out how to get rid of it. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Edit: It's also not playing in windowed mode even when I select that in Project Settings. I hope I'm not going to have to reinstall Unity.
