Licence Unity - Deployment of application on several devices,Unity License - Deploy Application on several devices

We want to develop a unity application and want to deploy this appliction on several devices (in this case Microsoft Hololens) mainly within our company. But we could also imagine to sell this application. Is one Unity Pro license sufficient for this scenario?
