Why does Hub show Plus license but Editor shows Personal license
Newly installed hub on a new Mac Mini shows an up-to date Plus license; whereas, an editor invoked through the Hub says is is using a Personal license.
How do I resolve this?

One needs to very carefully ensure that the license is fully installed in the Hub before any instance of Unity Editor is downoaded.
The sequential dependency cannot be violated.
The fix is to remove all Unity tools and start again.
