Solidworks
I have SolidWorks which is a 3d design program. I'm having trouble importing it into Unity. I probably am stupid for asking tis, but oh well. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Tim
I've been using .stl. I heard somewhere that it would work.

I suppose you should try exporting from SolidWorks in Collada format: much more compatible, and should work ok with Unity

Here are the officially supported format: How do I import objects from my 3D app?.
Please keep in mind that in fact Unity only supports FBX file and that other file formats are converted into FBX.

SolidWorks 2016 is perfect software that is specially designed to create 3D atmospheres. The designs/layout that are incorporated in these atmospheres are 3D, replication, electrical intend, managing data and technological products, and so forth. This software is progressed with updated versions, for instance, Student version Business Edition, Technician Edition and more. By using all these versions the user can easily formulate the different type of 3D designs in more simple and trouble free way.
