Player Arm Models

Question

I've seen a lot of videos on youtube of people animating guns and all of them have the same arm models (not from same youtuber) I wanted to know where to get it... i dont want the dastardly banana one i want the one where it just has the skin and gloves does anyone know what im talking about if so please redirect me to a link for it...
