Get access to device (ex: Android) Touch and hold delay setting from unity application.

The question is: How to access Touch and hold delay setting (short, medium, or long) that is already set in the Mobile itself from the UNITY app.

I can detect Long press on my application and it's work very fine. I need to set my hold delay exact as like as the delay in the mobile. Read settings straight off from mobile settings or get access to it in some way.
