Standard Assets Mobile Dual Touch Pad Insensitive Android

Hello everyone! I have successfully finished my first 3D game!!! https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greatgamez.hiddeninthehills

However, as you can see (if you try it out) the right touch pad which controls the camera is very insensitive. It is from the standard assets dual touchpad controls and I haven't changed anything. I tried increasing the sensitivity value but it does nothing? Anyone know whats wrong or is there another free script which is more sensitive?
