Updated Unity to 4.3 and now I can't Drag and move Selected Text in Monodevelop

How would I set Monodevelop to drag and move selected text in the editor?

It was doing this before I updated Unity to 4.3.

I am also having this issue. When I drag selected text it shows me the tiny icon with the text in it over my cursor, but when released the icon fades back to the original location.
