I need to access a Local Folder in Android(eg. storage/0/emulate/unity) and load the file as a material

I need to Access local Folder in Android and load the file from the file from the folder as material to a gameObject.

i have the path to folder as well as the file in the folder all i need right now is a function that accesses the folder and renders the file as a material of GameObject that i need.

Im a little new to unity please dont mind if the nomenclature is wrong.
