Setting parts of my UI to active causes my android build to flip upside-down
In my game that I am currently working on, my UI is set up so that when the pause button is pressed the UI Parent "pause" is enabled via my method "PauseMethod" which contains this code: public GameObject pauseEnabler; public void PauseMethod() { pauseEnabler.SetActive(true); Time.timeScale = 0; }
When I run this code on my PC in the editor by pressing the button, it functions as expected, looking like this. However, when the game is built to my android phone, if I press the same button, the menu looks the same however the background is seemingly flipped, which then goes away when I resume the game.
I tried to see if time.timescale was causing the problem but even when I removed that code and only ran pauseEnabler.SetActive(true) and then built it again it still happened. I also enabled development build and looked for error warnings but saw none that would indicate this problem.
I am at a loss at how to solve this problem and any recommendations or help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry if I haven't included sufficient information as I am new to Unity Answers, so please just leave a comment if you want more info. Thanks
