.EXE to a project file

Question

i have two unfinished games and i "Built & Ran" them for a prototype test. Now when i want to enter unity 3d i get a fatal error and was forced to reinstall unity. now my project file is gone for the two games. Is their any way i can convert the .EXE game to a project file?

nope you can't, otherwise people could go around stealing data and assets from finished games

Use DevXUnity. its not free, but it works)
