Strings assinged in prefabs auto converting into digits.Why is it happening and how to solve it?

Unity won't do that automatically, so it must be something in your code. Since you don't provide your code, we can't help.
It's also common to explain the problem in words. Images and links often don't load or get lost, and aren't Searchable. If you include the the menu name and field name in your Q, people know what you mean. And often doing that will inspire you to Search using those words.
