need help with a sway and recoil script for a weapon.

I wanted to create a sway script (but am really beginner at this) that allow me to look around and make the weapon rotate and when the player is moving or crouching with a effect of spring(that be affected by global position and rotation) like the one of the gif.

Also a simple recoil script(like the one of the gif)
