Unity 4.1 Update Question

Question

I know the recent version of Unity 4 is out, but I wanted to know if I can update it and not lose any of my current progress in my game.

I'll try to explain more simply:

I would like v4.1, but all of my progress in Unity 4.0 I want updated with 4.1, Im almost certain that it is, I have updated my Unity projects several times, but just to be on the safe side, will I lose my current projects?

I would use Google Custom search, but my computer is crashing constantly and I cannot load Google search results anymore (its actually quite strange), And I can barely load Unity's website. (This computer is not the computer I use to work with Unity. I work on a Mac Mini (2012) for Unity3D and other 3D applications.)

Any help would be much appreciated.

You can update just fine without losing your projects. As a matter of fact, I have updated from 4.0 to 4.1 with no loss of projects
