List of active missions

Hello, I'm attempting to build a mission system with only 3 active at a time, but those 3 will be solvable in any order.

I'm mostly wondering the best approach to doing this, making a series of prefabs and populating my UI with 3 at a time?

Or I haven't learned much on ScriptableObjects yet, would that be the best direction?

I had it semi working with a generic list of prefab GameObjects, but was having a hard time identifying which index to remove on completion, as well as how to save a list to playerprefs, but that's something I think I could figure out.

Don't necessarily need any code snippets I'm willing to learn what I need to, just want to know the right direction to look!
