Composited light probe data is NaN or +/- infinity

Hello, I can't bake lightmaps because of error Composited light probe data is NaN or +/- infinity. I never had problem with light probes before, baking gets stuck at 15/17 Bake ProbeSet | 8 jobs. What can I do with this? Sorry for my english.
