Cannot remove the Unity splash screen

I'm trying to remove the Unity splash screen but am unable to. I have a Plus license, I've updated the Hub, restarted Unity and the Hub and it simply not working. What am I doing wrong? I really need to get rid of it within a few hours.

Have you tried to logout & login from Unity Editor ? (not the hub, the editor itself)

Is your Unity version correctly "seen" by the hub? Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall your Unity version (from the hub)?

you are not doing anything wrong, maybe reinstalling-relogging fix it, but it seems like a bug specially if it only occurs int the 2019 version, you could try and submit it as a bug report while you try and find a way to fix it
