NEED HELP, GAME BROKE!!!!!

hello, i was just doint things with my game and making a few changes when suddenly my game satrted to say that all my prefabs are up to date but they dont have the right hash, i need help fixing it as i spent a lot of time on it and its my actual computing component 3 project i am doign for my alevels and would hate to loose most of what i have done, any help or advice would be amazing alt text
