Suggestion: Select "scripted importer" for different file types
The following situation leads me to this request:
If external packages come with importers (e.g. GLB), but I require my own importer (e.g. for animations), Unity prompts me with "rejecting both".
Which does make sense. It would be nice, though, if there'd be a config window to set up which importer packages to use, and which ones to ignore for "each" file type.
My current workaround is to make the package a custom package and remove their importer. Unfortunately, this makes it a pain to upgrade the package...
I hope this is the appropriate forum to suggest features.
