Is Splash Screen Tools Avalible in Personal Edition of Unity3D ?

Hello everyone, I have just learned about the upcoming Splash Screen Tool. I'm just wondering if they will be available in a personal edition Unity 3D. Thanks - DrMrkev

Thanks, I did not sleep all night and I'm still wondering. I did not know that Unity3D has its own blog. I am Czech, and finding English stuff makes me trouble. it looks really great and I'm very curious to see if there any Pokémon I find :D
