Get a PS3 module license if you are a registered sony dev.
whell first you need to be aproved by sony to develop the game, then you need to buy unity pro and the unlock for the ps3 pakages. if you have acheived all that then i guess all you need is a way to save it in a cd, i go t no idea if you need something extra for this. in toal i think its about 3000 dolars, if sony doesent charge you. alternatively, if you dispose of an XBox controllet and a PC with windows you can plug it in as a usb to your computer and with the image bellow set the inputs. hope you can acheive something.

You can't, unless you have the Unity PS3 license, but realistically you won't be able to get that unless you're in charge of a real game company with an actual budget and stuff.
