Animation Controller Parameter Comparing

Is there a way to compare parameters in an animation controller for animation state conditions? As in, I want the conditions for a state transition to go to one state based on a comparison between two parameters. Like if Current_HP is less than Half_Max_HP, perform this Wounded animation. Right now, the Conditions can only do a comparison to a fixed value, and I don't want that.
