(ProBuilder) SetPivot is not working.

I created a cylinder through ProBuilder window and when i select only these faces to create an inner circle i obtain this pivot. I tried to use the SetPivot option to center the pivot but nothing happened and no, there aren't other faces selected. Any help to fix this? Thanks in advance. alt text
