Unity - Problem with clicking

So i haven't used Unity for a while (month or so) and i just started it today. But as it seems none of the buttons in Unity are clickable. Buttons in user interface to so call it like Scene, Game, AssetStore are not working, no animation, not changing anything, same with everything below File, Edit, Assets toolbar or bar or whatever. Screenshot is available for how it looks like. So anyone have fix? Please help meee

P.S. No, Unity is not freezing and Not responding, just not... working?!

Have you tried closing unity and re-opening it or restarting your PC?
