How to get "add modules" option?
I can't add modules to my editor because there isn't even an option for it. I don't understand. 
I read that I need to download the editor via the hub. First off, there is no option for the editor I want to use (2019.3.11f1) in the hub: 
So I have to download it externally, and then locate it. That doesn't work! If I can't download it via the hub then what's the point? I uninstalled and reinstalled both the editor and the hub itself. Still nothing. I need the JDK , Android SDK and NDK. Unity ain't even giving me the add module option. I can't download it via the Unity Editor Preferences either thanks to the updates. Tch.
