How I pitch the mouse pointer movement when moving up or down, pan him when left or right and volume switch with the scroll wheel?

Hello, so I install Unity today, i got some knowledge about it, and the ideia is to make a simple .exe like with one scene 2D, that it a sound atacched to the mouse pointer, shift pitch with the down and up movement of him, left and right movement with panoramic (stereo) sound, and it the scroll whell u will change volume
My teacher said that this is a work to deliver tomorrow, if some of u can help me, man that would be good (it's possible that I will do a performance)
