Unity Collaborate Not Working With My Project

My customer opens the new Unity account and uploaded empty project content.
Then after I logged in with the same Unity account within my actual project and linked my project with the Unity cloud project. But now I can't able to get data to commit or retrieve related suggestions from the Unity editor.
