Standart Assets FPS Controller walking glitch,Standart Asstes FPS Controller gets stuck randomly

I start walking with the FPS Controller and he gets stuck and stops walking.I make a few steps and I stop walking, then I jump over the place I get stuck and I continue walking until I get stuck again. The floor is flat and there are no invisible colliders. I don't know what is the problem, can someone help me?
