How to import scenes with materials "as they are" from Cinema4D to Unity?

Hi, I’ve noticed that when I try to import my C4D Scene into Unity (or any other 3d tool whatsoever), I always lose material features. I lose Reflections, I lose Bumps, I lose Alpha Channels, I lose Luminance options, Basically, I lose everything except the "color" attributes:

I also lose my area lights and also target lights.

So Maybe my 3D knowledge is a bit limited, but how can I export import scenes and keep them "as they are" in both tools?

To illustrate this, I made a quick example scene in C4D like this:

Rendered in Cinema4D I get this:

But now when I import it in Unity, it loses everything, see:

Now even when I don’t just drag and drop C4D file into Unity but let’s say I BAKE the textures and stuff to my objects and export it as .fbx I get shitty results:

As you can see the directional light is wrong, the lights generally do not seem to work but even the baked materials are wrong/not the same:

I feel like I’m not understanding some basic concepts about 3d. But I haven’t found any useful information anywhere, maybe you can help. Thank you!
