Error launching the editor: the application path does not exist ,Error launching the editor: the application path /Application... DNE

Question

Hey, a Student of mine is having an issue. They successfully have an account, and unity editor version 2019.4.16f1. But when they try to open the editor for any reason they get this error message (see attached image). I have seen some other questions about this but I have not been able to solve this issue. Anything is helpful!

Okay, I solved the issue somewhat. I went to the path that unity hub was showing as the path for the editor. Instead of The Unity program being there, there was a file called unity and Unity was inside it. Simply moving Unity out of the folder unity into the parent folder solved my issue.
