Does not installing unity analytics disable all unity tracking?

Hello,

Right now I don't want my projects to do any sort of user tracking, as I want to be compliant to GDPR. From what I understood, nowadays we use Unity Analytics to disable tracking, but I'm not sure if that applies to absolutely all Unity-related tracking.

The Hardware Stats option became a part of Unity Analytics, and I need to know how to disable all tracking of any sorts.

I want to know if:

A) Removing the Analytics package means my project will no longer do any tracking calls, and if not, how may I disable all tracking

B) If I can't remove the Analytics package, what do I need to do exactly to disable absolutely all tracking
