Unity stuck on loading at "Apply active color space"

Question

I've made new projects, and reloaded old ones and yet it still gets stuck at this point. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I've restarted my computer 3 times and it hasn't fixed yet.

I encountered the same issue. Deleting the project's Library folder seems to have fixed it.
