Instantiate .fbx to object from MySQL Database query

Let's say that I have 100 000 Catia files and I want to generate any of them on a mobile during runtime.

What I know for the moment, I would have no choice to use a database and instantiate them with query to it (I will use mysql).

Unity don't support .CAD and .catpart files, I'll probably use .fbx except if someone have a solution to use .JT, .STP, .IGS, .STL, .pdf (pdf3d) or .CGR

I could use AssetBundles, but it would be too long to convert all my files because I need Unity editor to do it.

I know that someone released an asset to do this, but it looks like he's not updating it and reviews aren't that good. So I would prefer to do my own solution. But I don't know where to start or if I'm right on what I'm saying.

I'm looking to create a script that will instantiate the 3D model as gameobject and adjusting it with coordinates in answer to my query.

Is it possible?
