Unusal sound is playing in the game

I have a game, live in Appstore and recently some users send us a video, which is an unusual sound playing beside the game's sound (squid game sound or some EDM musics) and it's not from other apps, just from us My first thought was this problem comes from game's ad (like ad plays in background but there is nothing on the screen, just the game) But the our ad support told us there no log about it and beside that i check every audio source in the game's directory and it's just the audios that i added to the game If it happens to you guys please help me it's very critical
