how to use BuildAvatar?

I create a new Humaniod avatar in my script.every thing is okey except the ten fingers.I have add the fingeres to humanbone .but is does not work.the fingers in my model is still in TPos.][1]][1]][1]][1]][1]

by the way ,is there any way to export the Avatar data in AvatarConfig?
